The form contains 5 parts. The questions are intended to give the Community-led Selection Committee a better sense about how you are organising, who you work with, what is your idea of change, and the kinds of resources you are seeking and might also be able to offer to the community.You can find out more about decision-making process, as well as the committee, on our website here.
Numun Fund is committed to supporting a diversity of languages, and are critically aware of structures of power and privileges that underpin the accessibility of languages online. At the same time, we are currently only able to receive applications in English. Please feel free to use any translation platform such as Deepl to translate this form and your responses. All applications will be read with a default understanding that English is not the first language of the applicant.
We strongly recommend that you do not use generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Google Gemini in your application, due to the huge social and environmental cost required to run and maintain them. Using ChatGPT will also mean what you input will be used to train the models and might present safety and security risks for you and your communities. In our experience, applications using generative AI tools also tend to sound generic, and we would much prefer to read about the work that you are doing in your own words.

Note that by submitting this form, you agree that personal data shared here will be used for the purposes of processing grantmaking, and only with people directly involved in its different processes, from assessment to selection and grantmaking where relevant. This includes Numun Fund team members, members of the Community-led Selection Committee, the Grantmaking Design Circle, translators (where relevant) and external finance,operational, and admin support engaged by Numun Fund. Once you click the Submit button, you will be redirected to a thank you page informing you that your application has been received, where you can see your application ID. A confirmation with your application ID will also be emailed to the primary email address you input to this form.
If you face trouble submitting your SGS 3.0 application, please double check your application. Scroll up and check if there are any error messages that you've missed, usually when you have skipped filling required questions, or any fields that exceed word or selection limit. Applications that exceeds either word or selection limit cannot be processed. We thank you for your understanding.
